Annie SOREL

Founding Partner

Before founding ASEA in 2008, a pioneering sustainable procurement agency in France, Annie spent 20 years of her career in procurement, notably managing the procurement departments of two major groups. Her challenge is to support actors implement new ESG responsibilities, in line with her objective of creating value through sustainable procurement.

She is a recognised expert in sustainable procurement in France (adviser and assessor of the label “Relations Fournisseurs et Achats Responsables”, Vice-President of ObsAR) and internationally (active participant in ISO20400 standardisation work), and has co-authored a number of publications on the subject, including the “Guide Pratique pour réussir ses achats professionnels équitables” and “Les Achats responsables : mise en œuvre de l’ISO20400 en 100 questions”.

Annie SOREL is a Knight of the National Order of Merit.

Jean-Louis TOURNEUX (HAIE)

Managing Director

Jean-Louis is an internationally recognised expert in sustainable procurement. After contributing to its pioneering years in France (2007-2012), he then spent 8 years in Australia (2013-2021) where he held the positions of Director of Sustainable Procurement at KPMG Australia and Chairman of the Australian delegation for the development of the ISO 20400 standard. Over the last 15 years, he has helped more than 200 organisations from all sectors and sizes with their sustainable procurement strategy, both in France and abroad. He has also co-authored numerous publications on the subject, including “The journey towards strategic sustainable procurement“, “Sustainable Procurement in the Energy Industry” and “Property, Construction and Modern Slavery“.”

Jenny BOURHIS

Director

Jenny has dual expertise in environmental performance and sustainable procurement, both extremely valuable to face today’s decarbonisation challenges. After more than 10 years of experience at Louis Vuitton (LVMH Group) of working with buyers on environmental performance and supplier ESG risks, Jenny has developed a wide range of strategic and operational skills in sustainable procurement. She is now the main assessor for the RFAR label in France with over 30 audits conducted, and is actively involved in developing the standard. She oversees Asea’s training offer and the CO2 Performance Ladder pilot project in France.

Chloë THÉRON

Directrice

With around ten years’ experience in Sustainable Development consulting, including 8 years with PwC, Chloë has developed expertise in sustainable procurement, especially regarding Duty of Vigilance and Risk Management. She has also worked with a number of clients on ESG reporting issues, as an auditor (independent 3rd party) and then as a consultant, on the changes brought about by the implementation of new European regulations (Taxonomy, CSRD).

Bénédicte LÉGER

Consultante Senior

Bénédicte has 7 years’ experience in consulting including 4 years in sustainable development and ESG issues. She first worked in London on this subject and then in Paris, where she specialised in sustainable procurement, supporting several clients in obtaining the RFAR label as well as with the environmental challenges of sustainable development (ISO14001 standards, Carbon Footprint calculations, etc.). She is now an accredited assessor for the RFAR Label and a certified Climate Fresk facilitator.

With 5 years’ experience in sustainable development consulting, Chloé has worked with clients from a wide range of sectors on CSR reporting and regulatory requirements. At Asea, she specialises in sustainable procurement and has expertise in Duty of Vigilance and CSR risk management in the supply chain. Passionate about sustainable development issues, she also gives CSR training courses and facilitates Climate Fresks. Chloé is Bilan Carbone® certified, has mastered the IFC method and works on low-carbon procurement tools.

Élise LEPOITTEVIN

Senior Consultant

Élise specialised in sustainable procurement in 2021 within the ENGIE Group, after a decade as a communications project manager. Her expertise was further strengthened when she joined Asea, where she continues to specialise in sustainable procurement, particularly in low-carbon procurement, Duty of Vigilance and the RFAR label. Her career reflects a deep commitment to sustainability and responsibility in the business world.

Mathilde LÉONNET

Senior Consultant

Passionate about sustainable development issues, Mathilde has worked on Duty of Vigilance and sustainable procurement for the Michelin and Crédit Agricole Groups. Upon joining Asea, she continued her specialization in sustainable procurement notably around the RFAR label. Mathilde has been an RFAR assessor, accredited by the French Mediation Service, since 2021 and regularly assesses organisations of all sizes and in all sectors.

Élise BORDAS

With a wealth of experience in the social economy (SSE) and the implementation of social utility projects, Élise has worked on social, inclusive and solidarity-based procurement within major groups. Quentin FENIOUX

After developing social and solidarity economy (SSE) projects in Senegal and Benin on the themes of combating inequality and economic inclusion, Quentin tackled the subjects of value chain vigilance and strengthened his project management skills at A2 Consulting.

As an expert in sustainable procurement and development, Adélaïde has been helping companies to implement ambitious strategies and programs in sustainable sourcing for over 10 years. With her solid experience acquired working with major groups in high-risk sectors such as agri-food and construction, Adélaïde has developed unique expertise in issues relating to ISO 20400, due diligence in supply chains, and risk assessment and management in social and environmental responsibility.

Lawyer, human rights expert

An international lawyer specialising in ‘Business and Human Rights’, Elise advises and supports multinational companies, government agencies and other economic players on human rights issues in supply chains and major development projects in the field. A certified international mediator, she facilitates the amicable resolution of conflicts involving companies, workers, communities and governments, and works on grievance and reparation mechanisms.

Eve TESSERA

Lawyer, human rights expert

A member of the Paris and Verona bars, Eve is an expert in national and international law in the field of Business and Human Rights. She advises and assists companies in defining strategies and the operational implementation of actions in favour of human rights. She has over 15 years’ experience in NGOs in France, Italy, Ireland and Guatemala, including several field missions. She has coordinated projects funded by the European Commission in the fields of CSR, anti-discrimination, social inclusion, skills development and training.

Mireille BORDET

Partner

With over 25 years’ experience in industrial procurement and logistics, Mireille carried out supplier audits as part of her procurement responsibilities at Valeo and Manitou, and assisted SMEs with restructuring and operational support. She is also a procurement and sustainable procurement trainer. Since 2017, she has been a partner assessor on the RFAR label with a focus on the industrial sector. She also carries out diagnostics and provides support to companies in preparing for the label. She is involved in the development of the label with the French Mediation Service and the National Procurement Council (CNA).

Nathalie BLOUET

Partner

Nathalie has been working in procurement for 30 years, and has specialised in sustainable procurement since 2016. She became an expert in public procurement after 20 years at the CEA, where she held the positions of project buyer, procurement consultant and SME project manager, and finally sustainable procurement coordinator. A self-employed entrepreneur, Nathalie carries out ISO 9001 and 14001 certification assignments, as well as assessing and advising on the RFAR label. She has also drafted a number of sustainable procurement public action plans (SPASERs) for local authorities in partnership with ASEA since several years.

Pierre RAVENEL

Expert partner

Pierre has some twenty years’ experience in the ecological and social transition, having worked for the French Environment and Energy Agency (ADEME) and then the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development. He first became involved in sustainable procurement in 1998 as part of a university project for the city of Rennes. Since 2005, he has worked with a number of private and public sector clients. He took part in the initial work on the national sustainable procurement plan (PNAD), and contributed to the development of emerging local public procurement and sustainable development networks (Reseco, 3AR, ARBE Paca, RAEE, etc.).
