Public procurement
Since 2006, the French Public Procurement Code has strongly encouraged French public organisations to incorporate sustainable development into their procurement. Intensifying regulatory (Egalim Law, Climate and Resilience Law, National Plan for Sustainable Procurement, Green Industry Law, etc.) and stakeholder pressures are pushing public organisations to implement increasingly robust approaches, while maintaining the transparency and fairness of their procurement processes.
Asea has been working on sustainable public procurement for more than 15 years, and masters the intricacies of the French Public Procurement Code and the French and European jurisprudence in regards to sustainability. We can support you throughout the entire process, including developing your SPASER, running training courses and providing assistance on critical RFTs.
