CSR and Sustainable Procurement approach

Our day-to-day actions and commitments

Sustainable procurement is at the heart of our business

Our “raison d’être” defines our business and our team: creating value through sustainable procurement.

It is with this philosophy in mind that we strive to set an example in this domain. We are committed to our own Sustainable Procurement policy and, as part of the A2 Consulting Group, we implement a voluntary CSR approach in line with best practice. Most notably, our supplier payment terms are among the shortest in the sector.

In 2023 we obtained the RFAR label and respect its fundamental principles.

Supplier mediaition

The RFAR label recommends the use of supplier mediation, an amicable, voluntary and confidential dispute resolution process available to suppliers, in order to avoid cumbersome and often costly legal action.

Mediation is a fast and cost-effective solution, and free of charge for suppliers. It fosters a relationship of trust with suppliers, through a controlled and secure process. Most importantly, the process is entirely confidential.

A mediator has been appointed by the A2 Consulting Group, whose services are accessible to all Asea suppliers via this address:

Quality of work life

Every year, Asea and A2 Consulting conduct a survey of their employees via the independent organisation ChooseMyCompany to assess their quality of work life. The questionnaire, based on six major dimensions, provides an overview of the well-being of the team:

  • Professional development
  • Working environment
  • Management
  • Recognition
  • “Raison d’être”
  • Sustainable development

In 2023, the Group achieved an overall score of 4.54/5 and an employee recommendation rate of 89.9%.
