Our Category Strategy solution helps you develop CSR objectives and a CSR roadmap for a critical spend category.

Our method, based on category management best practice and aligned with ISO 20400, enables you to engage your teams around a programme of 4 workshops leading to the development of a relevant and realistic CSR strategy for the spend category. This method can also be used for a sensitive procurement project / RFT or the engagement of a strategic supplier.
