Sustainable procurement in 100 answers
The aim of this book is to guide procurement departments in the integration of such an approach within the company. How do you convince senior management? What benefits can be expected from a responsible purchasing approach? What resources should be allocated?
But there are also, of course, many practical and technical questions that will provide Procurement Departments with the tools they need. What KPIs should be put in place? How do you design a responsible consultation? What is the life cycle cost of a product?
Afnor put a total of 100 questions on sustainable procurement to 14 professionals. Drawn from the public and private sectors, the contributors have all been involved in sustainable procurement for many years. ObsAR, Observatoire des Achats Responsables (Sustainable Procurement Observatory), is the NGO that brings them together and will receive all royalties generated by the sale of this book.
