RESAH
RESAH is a public interest group whose aim is to support the centralization and professionalisation of procurement in the healthcare sector, both public and private not-for-profit. A team of procurement experts, RESAH aims to improve the culture and use of Total Cost Ownership (TCO) in its functions (procurement and pharmacists), in the context of its RFAR certification.

- Co-developed a tailor-made TCO for a product or service with the RESAH
- Facilitated a learning workshop remotely, over 2 sessions, with around forty buyers and pharmacists
A workshop led by experts in sustainable procurement and TCO with 2 scenarios inspired by real- life cases and developed with RESAH: the purchase of an MRI machine and of professional cleaning services for hospitals.
